From a micro-scale company supplying electrical goods at Bhagirath Palace – the hub of electrical equipment – to being a leading technology partner in 2022, Balaji Switchgears Pvt Ltd has come a long way. The company began its journey in 1990 with a small business capital and a handful of customers. However, Bajrang Garg, the director, chose to serve his customers to the best of his abilities. As years passed, his ideology became the mantra for the Rs 1000-MINR company. The hard work and dedication of the management, followed by the employees made Balaji Switchgears what it is today. This was in line with the director’s ideology and his thought process became the guiding force for the entire company. “We work collectively to ensure our customers are served with the best price, quality product, TAT and after-sales support following every transaction with us. Second, we expanded our product and service portfolio by providing end-to-end solution to our customers. We maintained this by supplying not just the main product, but also ensuring availability of relevant accessories and spare parts. “Third, our in-house Service Support Team also happens to be our core strength. Given any customer query, we ensure to resolve the same within 24-48 hours, over telephone or physically, as is possible,” says Garg. On the success route Balaji Switchgear's philosophy remains enshrined in its vision and mission statements. Taking on challenges With increasing industry demand, when most of the products or raw materials are imported, there lies an even more challenging situation for the company.
